* Most of the articles included here have appeared in The Outsider fanzine, which has been going since 1998 and has run to 9 issues so far. We make no claims to be comprehensive or authoritative – if you’re seeking all the inside information, then visit Tom’s excellent official site, TomPacheco.com. All the articles included here are written by fans and the opinions expressed are the writers’ own. The observant reader will notice that some of Tom’s songs and albums tend to elicit quite different responses – all very positive of course, but really quite different!
* Full credit for the design and maintenance of this site goes to Fair Oaks Entertainments Online's Dave Walmsley (cheers, Dave!), and thanks also go to Graeme Livingstone for lending the webspace and for chivvying us to get this project underway. The original Outsider website was the brainchild of our friend Shane Thomas, who maintained the site for many years before moving on to pastures new which somehow involve pasta and astrophysics (go figure!)...
